Tyler Worden
Commercial Pilot & CFII
Tyler Worden grew up in the small town of Colrain Massachusetts, serving as a firefighter EMT for that town while working on farms and doing construction. Tyler has had a passion for aviation since he was a kid and after doing a demo flight in 2017, decided to enroll in the Pro-Trac program with the dream of becoming a fire/EMS pilot. He is now working as a flight instructor here at HTX.
Sean Skelly
Operations Manager & CFI
Sean, the Operations Manager at HTX Helicopters, brings over 24 years of experience flying five different types of helicopters. His lifelong passion for aviation and teaching has led him to pursue his Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certification. Born and raised in Connecticut, Sean's deep knowledge of the area enhances his flight training and operations. His dedication to mentoring new pilots makes him an invaluable asset to the HTX team.Nick N.
Maintenance Coordinator / A&P
Nicholas Nadolny served for 6 years in the Connecticut Army National Guard, working on Boeing and Sikorsky helicopters. Now he maintains a fleet of Robinson aircraft operated by HTX Helicopters and HeliBlock. Nick is committed to bringing the highest safety standards and positive outlook to the HTX community.

Paulina was trained in aerospace engineering during her time with the Polish Air Force. She moved to the United States to pursue her passion in the aviation industry. She joined the HTX Helicopters team where she maintains a dedicated role as lead administrator. She continues to train in rotorcraft and fixed wing during her time off.

Joey loves exploring and hopes to become a heli-ski pilot one day. His knowledge of the helicopter industry and the ins and outs of our company make him an invaluable member of our team. Joey can assist with any task and answer any questions you may have. On his days off, Joe can be found snowboarding, rock climbing, studying and training for his future career as a rotorcraft pilot.

Originally from Connecticut, Matt spent a few years traveling which eventually lead him to flying. He decided to pursue his flying career and the sense of freedom it provided by attending flight school in Utah. After completing his flight training, he was employed as a professional pilot for several years. Since then, Matt has acquired thousands of hours of flight time. That experience, paired with an entrepreneurial spirit, drove him to establish his own helicopter company, HeliBlock.

Originally from Massachusetts, Michael’s family moved to Las Vegas when he was just two years old. He was introduced to flying by his grandfather. After relocating to Maryland in 2005 and continuing his education, Michael decided to attend flight school and pursue a career in aviation. Once there, he found a true passion for flying helicopters. With multiple years of experience, Michael is now a certified flight instructor and part-time pilot for HeliBlock.
